I used a bottle a year ago. Was slightly smaller and stretch marks were smoother. No idea if it lasts, because I was pregnant a few months afterwards. Do not think it is directly harmful to nursing, but they do not recommend it. Not that I know, but expect that it is because breast-feeding women should have a little fat to prey on?
