Myth 1: If you are to fat, you are lazy and eat too much. You are not strong-minded, you have not tried hard enough, or else you would be slim.

Myth 2: If you eat less you will get slimmer.

Myth 3: If you go hungry most of the time you got slim
Fact: If you are on a diet and eat less food than you body need, in some hours, you will gradually get hungrier. Your body has a built in fat mechanism. After a short period of time without sustenance, the fat mechanism will tell the body to store the energy, and protect the reserve of body fat. So if this is the general way your body is treated, it is very hard to get slim.
Myth 4: If I go on a diet, I will get slim.
Fact: Of course you can become slim by diets. The problem is that you tend to put on weight immediately, after you are finished with your diet. Thus, it is just as far.
